1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Processing time may increase during sales or peak periods.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once dispatched.

4. Address & Delivery Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.
• KurtaEmpire is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unavailability.

5. Non-Delivery & Returned Shipments

• Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-response are treated as undeliverable.
• Re-shipping may require additional charges.
• Store credit may be issued at our discretion, excluding shipping fees.

6. Damaged Packages

• Record an opening video if the package appears damaged.
• Report within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if required.

8. Shipping Coverage

Currently, shipping is available only within India.

9. Legal & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
